Stephanie is a native Spanish speaker who graduated from the University of California San Diego with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and a minor in Spanish Literature. Following undergrad, Stephanie attended California Western School of Law. During this time, she worked in various legal settings helping clients with a myriad of issues relating to: unlawful detainers, family law, immigration law, and criminal law.
Stephanie’s legal career began two years before she attended law school, when she worked for a civil litigation firm that exposed her to the legal procedure involved with personal injury cases. Her career as an attorney started when she began working on wildfire litigation cases; helping hundreds of wildfire victims recover for their lost homes and
Stephanie was raised in an underserved community; so she is passionate about equal access to academic resources and legal representation.
Currently, Stephanie is a member of Lawyers Club of San Diego, and she is admitted to practice before all of California state and federal courts.
Stephanie’s interests largely include: youth advocacy, human and civil rights, being a Spartan (Aroo!), and spicy foods.
